Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 27, 2026
This Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to Zidna’s website and app.
What we collect
Account data (your email, and name/avatar if you sign in with Google); the questions you ask, the lessons they produce and your conversations with the tutor; a record of the lessons and questions you have used, so we can apply your plan’s allowance; and billing details handled by our payment processor. We do not store your card numbers — Stripe does.
How we use it
To authenticate you, write and narrate your lessons, keep your lesson history, meter your plan’s usage, process payments, provide support, and keep the Service secure and reliable. We do not sell your personal data.
Sub-processors
We share data with service providers only as needed to run Zidna: Supabase (authentication, database, and lesson history), Stripe (payments), Google Cloud (Vertex AI, which writes the lesson and answers your questions), and fal.ai (narration audio). Each processes data under its own terms.
Retention and deletion
We keep your account and lessons until you delete them. You can delete an individual lesson, or delete your entire account from the account settings page — deleting your account permanently removes your lessons, profile, usage records and subscription records. You may also email us to exercise your rights.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/UK under GDPR or California under CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to make a request.
